Water car forum players download and save a copy of this video. This car has a Bill Williams design Joe cell on board. After a while he
turned his Bill Williams cell into a hydrogen on demand cell with a spoon of costic soda. While driving home from work he turned the fuel of one
day with a switch in the car and the car keeped running without fuel all the way home. It has run on and off the cell over time. When the petrol is
conected and the fuel mixture screw is ajusted leaner this guy has gone from 2 trips to work on a quarter of a tank to 7 trips. When the car runs
on just the cell without petrol at times when it does i feel it is a frequency running the car not hydrogen. veiw some of Joe talking from the joe
cell on google video or watch the suzuki file in the Joe cell google video files. This cell isnt acting as a Joe cell. While on the day we couldnt
get the car to run 100% on the cell due to a down powered battery we got the instructions for the car cell. Simple, just build a Bill Williams cell
and run it as an electrolyser. The guy has claimed his cell has pluged on ride on mowers and they have started and run straight on the gas.
Scientificly this isnt posible. Ask yourself what is running the engine as there isnt enough gydrogen. A frequency is taking over or static
electricity. You do the research. You can look up a Bill Williams design cell on one of the Joe cell forums or find it on the net. Note these are
round tubes not plates. While we recommend you try this on a simple carby car first before trying it on a EFI car we recommend you ajust the
mixture screw on the carby to lean down the fuel as much as posible in the process. The hydrogen will run the engine cooler and faster then Petrol.
Also this guy has writen words on the cell. Check out emoto crystals on google video to understand this and how it can contribute to the cell
running with water. We will in the furure get an update from various groups who have contact with this guy while the info is handed out widly
through conspiricy groups not registered to make this info harder to stop. If i dont upload it plenty of others will in future. Hopefully this guy
will over come his current problems. While this video doesnt have all the answers or profe it will get us closer to where we need to head with this
water car stuff.
