I wonder has anyone ever made a demo/video based on rock music.

I am playing in a band, and we have a new EP out here in feb. We har going to make a music video based on one of the tracks. We want a totally animated video. And i thought that maybe a demogroup could help us, but i have not seen any demo yet based on rock'n'roll music.
Is that imposible?

for the ultimate rock music video "open your eyes" by critical mass is a recommendation, too. yes, it's the guano apes soundtrack, and it's damn well done.

not to forget the cocoon demos like raw confessions.
oh, and I think the group that made despair is called blackpawn :)

Maybe it's because I lack of skills, but I could NEVER figure out any cg visuals fitting any teenage pop-rock "alanis vs lene feat. avril" soundtrack.
I believe that someone out there might make it though.

dixan, just give the music to virne and see what comes out. :)

ok, teen pop music is not what i'm thinking but there's lot of the rock music videos that are using cg. just think about that one goldfrapp video by h5 (can't remember the track name right now) with endless rollercoaster, tunnels and all that. straight demo design. :)
