From what I remember there's a little dude in the bottom left corner of the screen beating on a drum in time with the music behind him is a frame with some sort of space scene. | Heya- I remember this very well, if im thinking of same thing- its in a c64 game , pretty sure it was the game kettle- (fun 2 player, mainly because of amazingly catchy music but simple) game. On the title screen, highlight the little rat head icon for a bit and the demo story thingy will run.
The game, demo music was by crowther/ dagleish? WE.M.U.S.I.C, I think, something like that- i guess they did it because game simple/small and had room left? If its the one i remember, guy plays kettle drums, realy slow, shows life form on this planet and evolve and some kinda war between worlds, space thingy lil movie - lol hard to describe, with realy good music. Best thing about the game was the music and this hidden demo/story:)
Should be easy to find a c64 emulator and the kettle rom- if im wrong (95% sure im not) ill try to think what other wemusic / ratt game it was- like panther etc[Post edited by elevown on Saturday 5 April 2008 - 4:13] | | |
| | thank you elevown, but sadly this doesn't seem to be it. I downloaded the rom and tried what you instructed but all I got to happen was the mouse cursor turned into a mouse. I'm also pretty sure I didn't have this game. If you can think of anything else please let me know. Again thanx dude I really appreciate you taking the time. | | |
| Was sure it was kettle but must of remembered wrong- but, i found out for sure what it was- it is another ben daglish wemusic c64 game, called trap- stumbled on a vid called trap2 someone made- kinda an updated version and its the one i remember and think your refering to.
Get the trap rom and look for the rat icon- i vaguely remember you highlight the trap logo or the rat logo till it flashes then click the rat icon thingy to run to demo/movie.
I also know its trap because i found my sid music roms and sure enough, i have one called trap with that demos music in- which i still remembered:) Let me know if this was the correct game this time. | | |
