Topic:  looking for a demo I saw on here before

it was about a dam, it showed black and white images I can't remember too much else about it, I tried looking it up again, but without a title or artist/group it's hard, anyone know what demo I might be thinking of?

EDIT: I think it was of a destroyed dam in like amsterdam or something.
