following files in mirrors/amidemos are of zero length:

(please excuse, if this was already known)
it would be extremely helpful (avoiding double downloads, reducing bandwidth) if you could put md5sums of all the files on your ftp server
there is md5deep that lets you recurse through all dirs/files automagically...
