Topic:  Paniq's song DSQ in Tum compo?

As I really like Paniq work, I am just wondering why his contribution to the Tum04 music compo has been disqualified?
It appears "!DSQ!" in the official results and I am not convinced it's part of the title. Is it an error?

The track in question was "too well known" already, although not yet "officially" released.

he will probably kill me for this, but:

he disqualified his tune after he discovered that he had won the compo, because he thought it wouldn't look good if the compo organizer won that compo (he may be right at that ;)
