*Blockparty & Outline 200808 May 2008
The results and releases of the second edition of the Blockparty that was held early april in the U.S. can now be downloaded from our archive.

You can also download the results and releases of the Dutch Outline party that was held last weekend. Some Atari releases are still missing because their creators are still working on a final, but these will hopefully arrive in the upcoming few weeks.

The 6th Annual Scene.org Awards is now over. There were close to 1000 people at the Breakpoint demoparty and 500 people watching the show last night over the BPTV internet stream. A full list of the awarded demos can be seen here. Congratulations to all winners and nominees alike!

NVIDIA, in association with Scene.org and the Breakpoint demo party, is announcing NVScene 08 -- a new demo party taking place between the 25th and the 28th of August, in San Jose, California.

The party will feature two main demo competitions: combined demo and 4k intro.

*6th Annual Scene.org Awards voting time19 Jan 2008
The Scene.org Awards is back for the 6th time! The big show is taking place during the Easter weekend on 22nd of March at the Breakpoint demo party in Bingen am Rhein, Germany. While the jury is still working their way to nominate the very best demo releases from 2007 you can also affect the results by voting for your favourite demoscene release from last year, perhaps all the way for the public choice award!

The deadline for the public choice voting is 29th of February and all the Scene.org Awards nominations will be announced right after that on the 1st of March 2008.
